The foundation of every team or business is their purpose and goals. The purpose of a team gives life to why the business exists. It gives the team motivation to go to work every day. Next to purpose, the goals of a team is what keeps an organization moving forward. The purpose and goals of a team build a bond between team members that goes beyond the individuals of the team. The S stands for Specific

The M stands for Measurable

The A stands for Achievable

The R stands for Relevant

The T stands for Time bound

At the end of the day for a team to be effective. They must set goals that are aligned with the acronym listed below. To conclude, the purpose of a team creates uniqueness and value for the organization while the goals drive the team forward. Below I wanted to add some application questions for you to discuss or think about with your team or as an individual. Thanks for taking time to read this.
